  • A transaction coordinator’s main focus is to coordinate with all parties involved in a pending real estate transaction and setting up new listings. A good TC is detail oriented and strives to keep the process streamlined, organized, and on-schedule to meet all deadlines up until closing day.

  • As your transaction coordinator I will assist you in accomplishing administrative duties and by handling a lot of the time consuming work on the back end of the transaction. This allows you to take on more clients, close more deals and take your business to the next level!

    As a TC, I am the bridge between all parties involved in the transaction. I serves as your point of contact who can handle communication between all the different parties and deliver updates to both sides of the deal to help you get to the closing table as seamlessly as possible.

    I also help keep everything organized by reviewing contracts in detail, making sure we meet deadlines, filing important documents and sending out all the needed updates every step of the way.

  • $350.00 per transaction is due at closing. (This fee is $600.00 for dual representation transactions).

    $175.00 is to be paid by client if the transaction falls through after the halfway mark or within 2 weeks prior to scheduled closing date.

    $85.00 is to be paid by client if the transaction falls through before the halfway mark or within 3 weeks prior to scheduled closing date.
